What information is collected about me?
To better protect your privacy, we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. We collect from you only the personal information you voluntarily provide in order to deliver the best possible service. If you choose to process an online inquiry, we ask you to provide us with information necessary to process your order which may include, but not be limited to, name, physical address, telephone number, facsimile number, email address, company name, title.
We collect your email address so we can send you information about your inquiry request. We may use your email address to inform you about current offers or events. We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law.

Greenfield Senior Living does not sell information to unrelated third parties. Greenfield Senior Living does send your contact and order information to the community that you selected for purposes of completing your, inquiry, reservation, or payment.

Verification of Your Identity. To protect your privacy, we will ask you to verify your identity. We will ask you to confirm your name, email address, phone number and other information so that we can reasonably confirm your identity. We will not share any information until we can reasonably confirm your identity.
Our Response Time to Your Privacy Request

Response Time. We will respond to your privacy request within forty‐five (45) days from when you contacted us.

Response Time for Complex Requests. If you have a complex privacy request, state privacy laws allow us up to ninety (90) days to respond. We will still contact you within forty‐five (45) days from when you contacted us to let you know we need more time to respond.

Greenfield Senior Living reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this Online Privacy Policy at any time. Accordingly, Greenfield Senior Living recommends that you revisit this Online Privacy Policy from time to time to ensure that you are aware of the current privacy practices. General Categories of Personal Information We Collect

Some types of personal information may apply to multiple categories. We collect the categories of personal information described in Table 1 below. Depending on your level of interaction with us, we may not have collected your personal information from all of the categories. Marketing inquires, vs Current Residents, vs Employment determine the level of personal information collected.
